ON LINE FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE

GO TO WEBSITE – http://sxipanihati.org
Click – Academic ERP / Dues payment – A window will appear as –

1. H E L P 

1. Please log-in using Enrollment Number of your ward and Password and select ‘Student/Alumni/Guardian’ and then click – “GO” button.

2. Enrollment Number of the student can be had from Fees Book/Mark Sheet.

3. If Password is forgotten, click ‘Forget Password’ and a CAPTCHA will appear on the screen as “I am not a robot” – Please ‘CHECK’ the box and the password will be sent to the registered Mobile and also to E-mail (may be stored in SPAM).

4. Follow procedure noted in Step – 1.

5. Look at “ Module Listing”.

6. Click no. 3 – “Dues Payment”.

7. Dues of the student will appear on the screen.

8. Check the amount of dues and if correct, please click – ‘PAY DUE NOW’.

9. Another window of AXIS Bank where the amount will be credited will appear on the screen.

10. Payment can be made through DEBIT CARD, CREDIT CARD OR E-BANKING. In case of Debit Card, no extra charges will be made by the bank.

11. After successful transaction, the System will automatically generate ‘Money Receipt’.

12. Money receipt of the individual transaction can also be made from “Payment Details” in Option no. 2 in Module Listing in the student profile, as stated in – ‘4’ above.

2. DUES PAYMENT – CLICK

1. Please log-in using Enrollment Number of your ward and Password and select ‘Student/Alumni/Guardian’ and then click – “GO” button.

3. Click no. 3 – “Dues Payment”.

4. Dues of the student will appear on the screen.

5. Check the amount of dues and if correct, please click – ‘PAY DUE NOW’.

6. Another window of AXIS Bank where the amount will be credited will appear on the screen.

7. Payment can be made through DEBIT CARD or E-BANKING, in which case no extra charges will be made by the Bank. But in case of payment through “CREDIT CARD” charges for the transactions will be made by them.

8. After successful transaction, the System will automatically generate ‘Money Receipt’.

9. Money receipt of the individual transaction can also be made from “Payment Details” in Option no. 2 in Module Listing in the student profile, as stated in – ‘4’ above.

For any problem of non-generation of Money Receipt, please inform us immediately for redressal, in our help desk first.
